Brief:

Find a Corporate team with which to launch offices in both Perth and Brisbane

Solution:

In both cases Eaton approached our network and secured a team of Corporate Partners in each market which provided the foundations on which to successfully open up offices in both markets.

Eaton conducted a search process using their knowledge of both local markets (which are both very different in their own right) and identified a number of partners at different firms who they thought would be the right for the client. It was critical that they not only have the right skillset and expertise, but more importantly that they were a fit for the firm from a cultural perspective, as in both cases, one of the lateral hires would be running each of the Perth and Brisbane offices respectively.

We are confident that we found the best outcome possible in each market and this has subsequently been confirmed over the last 12-18 months by the offices’ (and by extension, the firm’s) performance.
