Shaaron is a leading legal search consultant who specializes in growing law firms through discreet partner search and mergers, acquisition and combinations of law firms. Shaaron works with a range of clients from global elite, traditional top tier, through to mid-tier and recognised boutique firms, including multi-disciplinary and New Law firms throughout Australian and the Asia-pacific region.
Shaaron is known for her deep market knowledge, expansive networks and track record of success in assisting clients compete and attract leading talent. She is often sought out by partners and senior lawyers when they are looking to make a move to assist them exclusively due to her exceptional and broad knowledge of the wide range of opportunities within the legal service market. She also manages the collection and analysis of data for The Australian Legal Partnership biannual survey which gathers qualitative and quantitative data on partner, fee earner and graduate movement within the profession’s top 50 plus law firms.
Shaaron has qualifications in Law from Melbourne University, studied executive coaching at University of Sydney and has completed the Company Directors Course.

Dominic has over 20 years of experience in the legal services sector, and originally qualified as a lawyer in the UK, and worked in corporate, M&A and private equity in both London and Sydney. Since leaving private practice, Dominic has dedicated his career to sourcing talent at a legal and operational level across law firms, including global, national, mid-tier and boutique law firms. His work includes assisting major firms to build their partner capabilities by delivering revenue generators and highly talented specialists, and their teams. He has also worked on mandates for General Counsel and their direct reports.
With unparalleled relationships across the legal services landscape, and a reputation for delivering leading talent to his clients, he enjoys getting to know their businesses from a strategic perspective. As a skilled listener, he is experienced at problem solving whilst remaining focused on relationships. Dominic enjoys partnering with commercial, sophisticated and innovative clients and developing a deep knowledge of their business, whilst delivering leading talent to help them grow and achieve their objectives. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.

Najeeb Nawab
Najeeb is a Partner at Eaton Strategy & Search and manages the below partner legal recruitment team and in-house legal recruitment. Najeeb has worked as a legal recruiter for several years where he has been able to place candidates across a number of top-tier, mid-tier and boutique firms, as well as in in-house roles.
Najeeb forms long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. He takes the time to truly understand what his clients do, their culture and what makes them stand out as a business. He is then able to pass this knowledge and insight to suitable candidates. Najeeb will also sit down with each candidate to understand their unique skills, experience and personality. Having practiced law for several years, he understands the unique job requirements for lawyers.
Prior to legal recruitment Najeeb was a Publishing Manager at LexisNexis, which is the largest and oldest legal publishing company in the world. Najeeb was responsible for managing Halsbury’s Laws of Australia, Precedents, Journals and Newsletters. Najeeb also has a LLM from the University of New South Wales.

Seonad Lyons
Seonad assists the team in all aspects of the consulting business of EATON. She has regular contact with clients and candidates assisting with organizing appointments. She is also integrally involved in supporting the data collection for The Australian Partnership Survey. Seonad has a background in marketing and is a qualified bookkeeper for the business.

Dr Stephen Moss
Dr Stephen Moss founded EATON, and forerunner companies Eaton Capital Partners and Eaton Square twenty years ago. Initially they focused on Law Firm Strategy and International lead M&A work, including helping facilitate 10 of the UK and US firms’ entrance and set-up in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Since 2015, Stephen moved the business into Discreet Partner Search and more recently Recruitment, to support the execution of new market entry work. Stephen retired from the partnership in 2022 and remains a valued Consultant to EATON and our clients, often advising on Strategy, M&A and national and international Law Firm combination work.

Sarah heads up Eaton’s Resourcing for lawyers in practice and in-house. As an ex legal practitioner herself, and with 25 years search and recruitment experience locally and globally, she is well-versed in thinking outside the traditional bubble to source and place in all legal vocational arenas.
Sarah is known to be highly confidential, practical and efficient in finding the right role and people for clients.
Sarah hails from a long line of lawyers, including 3 consecutive Chief Justices of NSW. This, coupled with her qualifications in Arts/Law from Sydney University and her non-executive roles in nfp’s including Prince of Wales Public Hospital and Jessie Street Trust manifest her innate interest in justice, health, education and human rights.
